Active Directory allows users and administrators to find objects (such as files, printers, or users) in their own domain. However, finding objects outside of the domain and across the enterprise requires a mechanism that allows the domains to act as one entity. You need to ensure that you plan the log file archiving and disk usage to meet your organization s requirements. The log files are the only place where ISA Server stores detailed information about the activity on the ISA Server computer, so you need to ensure that you have access to the log files for as long as you require.
