Figure 4-13 shows an example of a typical Regional Office configuration. The Regional Office is a centralized corporate remote office providing services regionally to members of the corporation. Those members may consist of small offices, home offices, or users who are mobile. Regional offices may offer a wide range of services to the users that it serves, but determination of those services is part of the overall corporate strategy dealing with networks and computing.
